Diana R. Crook, M.D.

As one of the founding members of Lakepoint Family Physicians, Dr. Crook has been practicing here since 1993. She completed her undergraduate education at Newman University in Wichita and received her graduate degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Via Christi St. Joseph is where Dr. Crook completed her family medicine residency and she is Board Certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Crook is certified as a Natural Fertility Medical Consultant and has hospital privileges with Wesley and Via Christi.

She’s a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Medical Society of Sedgwick County, and the American Academy of Fertility Care Professionals.

Dr. Crook is involved wither her community volunteering with her church, assisting at Guadalupe clinic and other outreach activities.
